The change would be ending capitalism for something else atleast with ai. When a large amount of workers are replaced with ai we no longer can have capitalism. Those people die homeless and we lose the population that buys all the stuff corporations wanted them to so the companies will fail under capitalism. So something has to do to protect those workers and capitalism would need to be removed
