cgi isn't AI generated, CGI is just an algorithm that calculates the physics of what you are making so it looks realistic ie how light behaves, water physics, stretching etc etc

AI doesn't do horror any better than actual art, it's impossible for AI to exceed human made horror effects because AI is trained off human made horror, any idea that AI is using for it's generated horror is taken from some image or video made by a human, it is impossible for AI to be better than humans in any regard for that reason, it is just using concepts and ideas HUMANS imagined, it's not being creative or having any ingenuity
there is no artistic decision making in AI generated content
