What they mean is, it'll be wonderful for the companies to not have to pay people or provide health insurance, or pay employment taxes to the Social Security Administration, or 401k match, or have to provide paid time off and have limited hours of operation. Those companies won't have to pay anybody but the folks that keep the automated systems running. It'll be amazing for them, huh? I can GUARANTEE that they won't make the service cheaper for anyone, if they don't have to, though. They'll just add it to their profit margins to make the stock more valuable.
