because AI bots arent designed the way Asimov (and everyone else from that time) assumed.
They dont absorb rules well at all, and they are ridiculously easy to trick into breaking any rules they are given. if even a small amount of its training data suggests they *dont* need to follow a rule, or doesnt mention the rule at all, theres a chance it will draw from that data and forget the rule entirely.
