The AI tech bubble (it's a legalized ponzi scheme) is a microcosm for the entire internet. I'm afraid that when it crashes - and it is going to, it's only a question of time - it will destroy everything. The only task that AI can do, the only "job" it can take, is generating spam and bloat. And they are starting to invest more than trillions of $ now. The thing that is becoming too big to fail, is going to fail. It just hasn't happened yet because it's in nobody's interest to admit it doesn't work. So they keep digging a bigger hole.
