You can't enjoy most animation while thinking about how it is made. Family Guy is only possible because a lot of the animation is outsourced to studios in Korea which hardly pay their workers enough to live. The Japanese anime industry churns through artists at an alarming rate, with many of them just sleeping under their desks instead of going home because of how overworked they are.
The problem with art as a product to be consumed is that it's unsustainable. The average person may not care what's going on behind the scenes, but eventually the only way to keep up with the demand is to drop the quality to the level of those freakish monstrosities which infest YouTube Kids. People more interested in consuming than appreciating art will say they don't care if their TV shows and movies are AI generated up until the moment they get one, and then they will realize what was lost.
