@ The cyber cab that Tesla just launched is meant to be a public Uber style cab setup. Once that gets perfected and is deemed safe by the NHTSA then they plan to sell the self driving software to any and all car companies including public transportation. That’s why Tesla also announced the Robovan at their last event. Cities could purchase a fleet of AV’s for public transport, or retrofit buses. Ya’ll are trying to throw the baby out with the bath water here.
