Consider this minor difference. ChaTGPT is currently required to wait for an input before it responds. We have made ChatGPT reactive partly due to the financial costs of an AI without restraint on its output. But what if ChatGPT was not reactive, and did not wait for an input, and was free to make its own output at any time? That is where AGI will be found.
