regulations are not the solution here.
political representation is inherently prone to corruption - will always be backed by few in power - and so any persistent regulations will ultimately serve their interest.
the best thing that happened in our civilization within the past century is the non-regulatable (that's not a word, is it? you get what I mean) nature of the internet.
my sincerest hopes are for the same to happen with AI.
