@TheFreshSpam An interesting way to argue - you repeat my decision, only for some reason you replace simple and understandable words in it with some kind of far-fetched madness. There is such a concept - video semantics. This is when, using image recognition from a video image, you can automatically determine the meaning of a person's actions.
For example, a person came to the station, left a bag on a bench and left. This can be easily detected automatically for a long time from the video image. This person may be simply forgetful, or it may turn out to be the culprit who left the bomb on the bench.
This system was developed in Russia ten years ago and has been used since then at some railway stations, where even with the help of surveillance cameras it is impossible to track all passengers by live employees. And the video semantics system is able to recognize the actions of any number of people and give signals only in suspicious cases. And few people are interested in all other cases, even in such an authoritarian country as the Russian Federation is now.
If such a system is implemented centrally in Western countries, and the legislative restrictions that I mentioned are adopted, it will greatly increase the level of street safety and make the work of the police more effective, allowing to reduce its workload with useless actions. Everything is very simple. And you start some kind of abstruse, obscure conversation. Why complicate such a simple question?
