You can put information about yourself (or whatever) in the system prompt via the settings. This means that info will be visible to the model in every new chat.
There’s also a memory feature in ChatGPT where you can tell it to remember certain things (or it will do it automatically) from the chat.
As well as both of those things, he could have just told it that he is interviewing it for his channel in another exchange earlier in the chat. This is all obviously edited together.
