honestly yeah, sometimes people just don't feel like going though with getting an actual therapist for multiple reasons and it kinda eases the mind just talking to a professional chatbot instead of a real human which is kinda ironic for what is happening to that information...
I am pretty thankful that Canada has a free text and call service for any mental health help, and it has help me before in the past greatly so I do recommend seeing if your country has similar services. :3
