Artists that had AI learn on their art without permission are calling it theft - because they sell art for a living, and those companies just took the product they are selling without permission.
Posting something online doesnt waver your copyright on it, and if someone is trying to sell what you posted thats an infringement on your copyright.
Currently there isnt a law about AI training, and thats why those companies are free to do what they want (current laws, that didnt take AI to account, can be interrupted both ways)
