Why do you disagree with the vast majority of leading experts on the topic? The world's most cited living scientist and several other of the most cited computer scientists of all time take the issue of AI takeover extremely seriously. It's difficult to understand, difficult to accept, and difficult to believe, but the majority of people who by any measure know what they are talking about say that AI existential risk is real.
(And if you look into AI Safety science yourself you are likely to come to the same conclusion.)
