If you count dna and all the chemical processes in the brain and body vs all the bits of information within the chip, both of it are made of atoms, and starting from quantom level we are not that different, however would it be true emotions or sofisticated mimicking that is real debate, perhaps in the future if biological machine proves to be superior, ai can operate based on that, or could br vice versa that future humans are electronic, in today day and age we can't know for sure, I have a feeling it will merge somehow taking best of both worlds, maybe in the process of speeded artifical evolution
