You can turn the machines off.
But you can’t turn the human nervous system off.
If people stay overwhelmed, fragmented, anxious and reactive,
the instability comes back the moment the power is switched on again.
That’s why we study something different:
Not “How do we stop AI?”
but
“How do we stop the human–AI interaction from destabilizing?”
Because the truth is:
Fear doesn’t create safety.
Regulation does.
Clarity does.
Presence does.
You can unplug a server.
But you can’t boycott your own mind.
