For the intern it is "doctor I have had a pain in my right arm for 3 days and now I haved this itchy rash etc etc - which is all dutifuilly documented and formatted into a SOAP acronym - which is usually a 1 or 200 word discourse
The old doctor writes "shingles"2 days - Rx valciclovir
Or Shingles one week - too late for valtrex
All I am is organic intelligence and not that smart
