@ No, no it does not. It learns exactly how people do. When AI makes art, it is NOT clipping together a bunch of pre-existing art. That is not up for debate, that is a fact. Do you have a degree in CS? doy uo even understand how neural networks work?
There's a reason all of these "artist" YouTubers have the same shitty tumblr like personas and it's because people learn from existing art and pick out patterns, just like AI.
