@thefunseeker9545religion is mass psychosis and deception. Religions are harmful and useless. AI seems like another malicious religion to me. It creates stories and myths that may be harmful. And if people act badly because of the stories and myths, lots of other people suffer. Maybe that's an existential threat. But if you understand climate science, we're already facing an existential threat.
