Man, having neural nets for NPC decision making in games would be cool. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any implementation of it other than LLMs and text (which, no matter how much tech bros want you to believe, does not actually reason). Probably because it's difficult to incorporate and train a neural net on data it needs to use and act upon.
