The problem of course is that the technology to detect differences between AI art and human made art needs the technology for machines to understand the mistakes an AI makes.
Which also means we have the technology to not make those mistakes. Which means such technology is either not possible, or that it can only ever be a temporary solution. A much better way is to make it a law to make it so that all these images must have a watermark to indicate they are AI generated, and to also make it a law to disclose the source of these images.
