@Dean121a , thank you. Yeah if you download something copyrighted to use it for an img2img, you already copied it, before the AI touched it.
Also AI can generate a near exact replica image if a text prompt points precisely to a very iconic image that appears over and over in it's training set, right? Like he shows the Green-eyed Afghan girl photo that is a famous, ubiquitous, iconic, image that is probably in the training set hundreds or thousands of times. But the prompt writer has to be intentionally evoking that famous image to get that result. Detractors often point to these fluke occurrences like it can happen accidentally and with any image. But it has to be a very famous image and you basically have to be trying to do it, right?
