No, current sensors can find drones ... and even small birds/insects.
Laser systems that don't work against big military hardware are VERY effective against targets this size.
The problem is telling threats from wildlife.
AI drones will act just like wildlife - hiding in plain sight.
So what do we do? Shoot every insect or bird that flies by?
