You do realize that for the people this message would be directed at, your wording would not be helpful in the slightest and may actually push them to use it more (which I'm assuming isn't your intent), right? Also, not everyone is using them just for some type of social connection or therapy; some people use them as tools for writing believable dialogue for their creative writing projects, which isn't necessarily a bad thing (minus the fact that AI is bad for the environment in general).
Too often people jump to an All-or-Nothing mentality towards these issues: even if it's useful or even helpful when used in certain ways, if there's any way people could or do use it for bad things all of it has to go including the good parts. If you ask me, that's like saying we should get rid of all knives and chainsaws just because some people use them for criminal activity.
