Well the problem is the intentional marketing making consumer thinks it's FSD or at least treating it as Self Driving.
Tesla don't admit it's self driving it also does feels like they want us to feel that way. It didn't appear to have obvious disclaimer that it isn't full self driving system.
Didn't help when CEO keep saying that we will get sel driving or close to it. Story can go different ways due to this.
