No. That's not really how it works. The companies weren't negligent, and there's no one else to sue, other than the direct individual that misused the tool to victimize someone.. These AI companies merely put out open source models and frameworks for how to make more, and the online community did what they do best.. Made porn with it. By default, there's nothing really in the AI tools that enables this, but users can further train the AI on their own datasets of images, and that's how you end up with these capabilities. Trying to stop it now would be like trying to tell people to stop programming in Python. We simply cannot.
