This doesn't seem to make sense. "AI" just "pops up" on your phone, despite you doing everything you can to disable it? And then you freak out and have long conversations with it? The latter suggests to me you've not done the former at all well. WHAT AI "pops up"? WHAT APP is running when it does that? If you don't know that, and don't know how to find out, you've not done any serious investigation into the matter, and then USING THE AI is THE OPPOSITE of trying to get rid of it, like an alcoholic getting drunk to discover why he's an alcoholic.
