@theguykai1236 The biggest mistake 99% of people make is selling a product -- an optional add-on. You're not a vendor. You sell on outcome -- what it actually means and does for them. The word 'AI' literally means nothing in these conversations.
You need to generate value -- something that makes them perceive what they might not be seeing, and what they're losing. Show them their blindspots. Have THEM verbally agree with the ideas; better yet, have them articulate it themselves, so they don't feel like they're just being 'told' they need help.
For example: "Yeh, an appointment is $80 on average, and I'm maybe missing 3-4 calls a week". That's a simple calculation they do in their heads, but you need to provide the information for them TO reach that conclusion.
There's a whole system to explore there, it's not just one avenue.
