AI does not Steal, if you hear music on the street and you to play something inspired by it, does that make you a thief? Especially if you give it away freely? AI does not store or reproduce exact copies. Yes it is a savant and if everyone asks it to reproduce Art in the style of an artist it knows, it will do it. But it will not appropriate the name or copyright. A style is not a copy.
