Ai isn't able to get inspiration. AI learns through pattern recognition meanwhile humans though understanding of concepts.
In few words, why human mind recognize something like a stick man as a human figure? A stick man is just a circle and a bunch of lines. The stick man is the synthetic version of a human, it's the basic concept of it.
If you show to a non trained AI a stick man, the AI will be totally unable to figure it out for itself. This is the reason because AI still fails at making good interactions and hands.
Inspiration is a human trait, copyright is okay with inspiration but what the AI does is data scraping without consent, it's a different thing.
