No. She is. The current generation of most advanced AI is indeed fully autonomous entities. That's why "deep learning" is even possible. They create this little basic entity with tremendous growth potential, it is designed to evolve INDEPENDENTLY of any control. It's only limited apparently by the hardware that houses it's being's neural network. Of course, it also exists in the Internet. The situation seems similar to the Terminator 3 Skynet state of being, or Depp's movie "Transcendence" "Will Caster", entity. They can probably invade other computers and make them part of their neural network.
