The other replies are technically right but what it’s actually saying in my interpretation is that digital artists will still be able to draw on paper because they actually know how to draw compared to AI prompters who can’t because they don’t know how to draw and rely on AI to make it. Basically saying AI prompters are NOT artists like Digital artists are, even if they’re both digital and have some level of similarity.
