The difference is that art is art. People find comfort in the community and drawing stuff on the internet for free. A worldwide group of people just being taken over by A.I. is kind of absurd, considering it's not always a matter of jobs or automation. Sure, people living off of commissions will slowly start losing their rent money, that much is obvious. Still, pollution-creating supercomputers are much more expensive than messaging somebody to paint something for ten dollars.
