Most people can claim themselves to be "music lovers" just because they like listening to music. News flash, humans are music lovers but it doesn't exactly make the musicians. Because they love music and enjoy suno, that only means they're just using it because it's "fun". And because anyone can just prompt songs, it devalues music and takes creativity away from humans that is one thing that technology should never touch because it is what makes us humans. So just because it is technology that doesn't mean it's always good. Guns had existed for a long time and you cannot uninvent it. That does mean everyone can just have it. And also talking about "learning from inspirations" those inspirations are artsts humans highlight as role models. AI don't do that. It doesn't care what artist it steals music from anything even steal songs directly and just alter it a bit without any ethics. It only cares about results. So that's the difference. If modern music sucks, there really is no reason to look for niche indie artists who exist all over the internet.
