Exactly, AI is not contributing in a meaningful way to the larger society. Trash collection, indoor plumbing and waste management, electricity, food production, infrastructure maintenance and education are what we need. AI seems to be something that those companies are trying to convince us that we NEED but it's horse shit. AI mimics all the stuff humanity has created. Lame
