Regulation is always biased and cause more harm than you ever imagined. That's why EU doesn't have ONE single IT giant and that's why it's almost impossible to startup any new company in EU. There are too many rules. Even VW moved their AI research out of EU because of the regulations. Regulation cost jobs and can cost EU a future.
