@ Yeah it’s crazy. Artists recognize two different facts about AI
1: It’s soon going to be so good that those without any actual creativity to bring to the table will be useless and replaced. Those with only skills and no creative value are the ones most scared, because deep down they know they can’t make anything better than AI will soon.
2: It’s going to allow for more people to enter the art atmosphere. As much as they hate to admit it, a large part of the art community are not very friendly to others. They don’t want more people in the industry because they’re competition. With AI, there are people who have physical disabilities or hinderances who can express themselves. On top of that, those who have visions but not skills or time can make their dreams come true.
All of this comes from jealousy, self loathing, and narcissism.
