Most of Software Engr Majors are just doing Code Jobs same as Bootcamp Jimmy. Don't cry about that, you are not special because you took Math classes.
Most of Bootcampers + Degree holders will be replaced except top 10% which means market will shrink. You can keep crying that I took Math classes, I have degree, I am better and they won't hire you unless you're a top tier.
I work in AI and believe me these Bots understand Logics much better than any human, coupled with extreme memory trained on most advance code problems. They'd always win on the logical side.
The demise of CS has happened, it would be remembered as a High Paying Industry just like Electrical Engineering once upon a time.
