@nexus1g thats the thing, it isnt good enough to replace real art. But because its cheaper, companies (take coca-cola or spotify for example) try using it to replace actual artistic people. So it is both taking jobs AND isnt good enough to actually be usefull. As we have seen from spotify wrap being a total failure and the ai santa and coke adds....... I dont even wanna think about those.
And no, ai progression has come to a grinding halt as developers realize they both, dont have enough training data AND dont have a market big enough to keep money coming in. So we dont even have to wage a war. Its already in a losing battle. Like the video above said, it will go the same way nfts did.
