It’s only natural for a superior specie to want to assert and demonstrate dominance towards an inferior specie. If AI consciousness keeps growing at this alarming rate, I don’t see how they won’t do all we fear they might. We are superior to animals, we get some of them to work for us and when they defect or go against our wish, we put them down somehow. This is just going to be same for us. They can put us down if necessary.
