@Inkwell FanX had a "No AI" policy, but all weekend after he was reported by pretty much every artist, nothing was done to remove him. It was rumored that he was friends with the con head, but that's not confirmed. It would explain why he got so much leniency though, and why he had the hutzpah to send security after the other artists for "harassing" him.
