We do know what is inside these LLMs. Mathematical functions that spit out a probability between 0.0 and 1.0 to determine the next best token/word to spit out. The computation is what we can't comprehend interpret or understand because there are so many and the scale of the complexity of the math of these very large neural networks. But we do know at the fundamental level it is still electrons flowing thru semiconductor gates representing zeros and ones. It is NOT demons, magic or any other supernatural spooky nonsense.
