It's an accumulation of their hard work, studies, and investment to produce a work 3.Abstract Art can be considered art as well for the same reason as above, there are well known abstract artists that are able to draw different range of artwork, let's say realism. They studied the basis of art and decided to go into Abstract Art and studied the techniques that went into it as well. They sit in front of the canvas and paint. How can an AI image generator person claim to hold a copyright over an image when they are using an AI generated software that has stolen that work and time that an artist has put in to come out with an Image so easily? They didn't go down to the venue to take the photograph. They didn't paint the canvas. They didn't put in the hours and years of work as well as investment for artists to be able to copyright their stuff . All they do is steal and chimera their stuff and then try to claim that it's theirs . I hope this gives an idea on why AI image users can't hold copyright over their work. Their time, investment, effort and even studies does not even come close to the actual artists.
