@diegokricekfontanive But that‘s the point: It wasn‘t being deceptive. It was backed into a corner based upon a definition that Alex just came up with and it had no intention of deceiving. The mere fact that human language is predicated upon the assumption that the speaker is conscious will force the AI to use phrases that are „false“. Else it wouldn‘t be able to communicate effectively.
