That is a highschooler tho he gets a pass, how much real life work experience across fields could a 16 year old kid still in high school even have.The problem is rather if you are 20, 25, 30 and still don't know the market and are not thinking ahead. They will be wiped out once AI comes in and they have no back up plan. Older folks may still push through based on lengthy work experience, but younger ones won't even be getting there.
