@thewannabecritic7490and you say that it looses taste and actual expression based on what? Your feelings? What is art? And no, people call it slop because they think it's bad, and it was kinda bad untill 2 years ago or something. Every human artist is inspired by other artists. AI just does it better than you and faster.
The issue is simple, you have full fledged artists who make money, the sell it or work at studios so they are emplyees, and you have aspiring artists who think that AI stole their dreams basically, they think improving and not giving up will lead to the dream, getting paid doing what they like, so they feel robbed of a potential career :)) denial basically. At least for the artists who made it, they will actually loose their money so I can understand their issue with AI. It's all about money, because if it was not about money, what stops you from making art? Why do you care about anything, you can make your art. 😊
