No, you're not. The only way a LLM can permanently learn new things is by being re-trained from scratch. Your instance of ChatGPT or whatever can remember past conversations with you only because it keeps a cheat sheet where they're written down. If you explain something to ChatGPT, then log into another account, it'll make the exact same mistake again because it doesn't have the "cheat sheet" that's tied to your account.
