What are you using AI for exactly? If you have something specific in mind do you really need AI anymore, or If it is just finding a vibe etc? There are more sources for artistic inspiration like books, shows, real life. Granted you might be financially limited so you don't have access to those but still I don't understand what you can get out of AI art. On plagiarism I cannot comment on because I don't know what you consider plagiarism to be.
