@brianmi40 You raise a very good point; AI's impact on the liberal arts is indeed a huge problem, but it's _still_ a problem for rich countries, and we have this annoying tendency to think First World = entire world. (Or USA = entire world.)
And this problem has only appeared in the last 2.5 years. That's it! So maybe before declaring the end of the liberal arts as we know them, we could give society time to adjust, as it has with every technology? Good lord, I wish we were this concerned about global warming...
