And since ethics and morals are something all humans have (but to different degrees), an AI agent with ethical guidelines will also prevent "destructive" use of the AI. Another thing that makes Hybrid AI better than standard AI is that the Hybrid does not only have to deal with yes/no. Hybrid AI also has a third option which is "maybe/needs more info" etc.
